Africa’s positive economic outlook is under pressure. With growth forecasts at below 5%, Africa’s leaders need to pursue new approaches to ignite structural transformation.
But in amongst this Rwanda, the land of a thousand hills, has dramatically improved their economy since the 1994 genocide and is seen as an emerging leader on the continent; making it the perfect location for the 26th World Economic Forum on Africa.
