Virunga National Park director Emmanuel de Merode and Virunga National Park warden Innocent Mburanumwe, who together accepted the Rolex National Geographic Explorer of the Year award on behalf of the rangers of Virunga, will join conservationist George Schaller, recipient of the National Geographic Hubbard Medal, for this special presentation.
