U.S. Northern Command analyzing Chinese surveillance balloon debris

The head of U.S. Northern Command says the ten square mile search field for debris from the Chinese surveillance balloon has been narrowed to less than a square mile. NBC News’ Andrea Mitchell reports more on the fallout after the balloon was shot down.
