The fight continues to keep a reservoir wall from breaching at an old fertilizer plant in Florida. A failure of the crumbling wall could mean , potentially send a wall of industrial wastewater gushing into numerous neighborhoods and the waters of Tampa Bay. RT America’s John Huddy has the details.
