House Republican leaders have announced they’ll not be whipping colleagues at tomorrow’s impeachment vote, instead allowing members to vote their conscience. This comes in the midst of major soul-searching for the GOP after last week’s violent insurrection at the Capitol. What’s next for a party that has been dominated by Trumpism these past four years?
