As the latest U.S. presidential debate showed, “climate change” is one of the issues where the two candidates hold opposite views.

President Donald Trump said he sees the Paris Climate Accord as a one-sided deal that punishes Americans.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden expressed the urgent need to re-join the agreement and hold other countries accountable for keeping their commitments.
