Holy Land- Palestine- Israel- Jerusalem

(stereographs- Middle East, Ancient Land)

Issued c. 1900 by Keystone View Company.

Excellent unique boxed set of 30 different early 20th century real photo stereoviews, a random assortment of views relating to Jerusalem and the surrounding area. Very scarce in an old box like this.

When placed in a stereo-viewer, the images pop to life in 3-D, creating a sense of actually being present in the scene. Like stepping back in history, as close to a time capsule as you’re likely to get.

Book shaped box opens to neatly contain all the views. All remain fresh & clean, nearly as issued. Descriptive text and titles in multiple languages printed on reverse.

Closed book box slip case measures c.7 1/2″ H x 6″ W x 2 1/2″ thick

Each card measures c. 3 1/2″ H x 7″ W. all curved as issued on heavy card.
