Neo-facist and anti-facist groups clashed in Portland, Oregon, over the weekend. There have been calls from human rights groups in the US to do more to curb hate speech, particularly after attacks targeting minorities. But it was the anti-fascist groups in Portland that President Donald Trump condemned on social media, saying he may consider labeling the antifa groups as terror organizations.
