Some 95 percent of the food we eat comes from just 30 species of plants, yet we are aware of more than 12-thousand species considered edible. We need to make better use of these underutilized foods to achieve #ZeroHunger – FAO Asst. Dir-Gen, Kundhavi Kadiresan said at #AcceleratingZeroHunger.
