UNHCR and partners start campaign, Operation Hope to prevent suicides in South Sudan. The country is seeing a rise in suicide attempts following nearly five years of a brutal civil war. James Jafar survived only after a friend intervened. He now volunteers with Operation Hope, speaking to young people in his community and encouraging them to seek help and not to lose hope.
