Working as Secretary of State Kansas’s Kris Kobach was able to use his position to make sure that the people eligible to vote were voting for him, so far there is no word from his defeated Republican opponent on how the republican strategy of limiting the voter pool feels when it was used against his own party by other people in his party. Greg Palast joins the program to discuss this, his lawsuit of Kobach and whether or not the supreme court will be a place to take lawsuits in the future should Brett Kavanaugh be elevated to the highest court in the country!
