In our news wrap Tuesday, bells rang at the exact moment that the first jet crashed into the World Trade Center Tower on the anniversary of the attacks of Sept. 11. In Pennsylvania, President Trump honored those who fought the hijackers before their jet plunged into a field. Also, the International Criminal Court vowed to continue its work undeterred despite being condemned by the U.S.
