The policies of Trump, Pruitt and Zinke have been to designed to reward billionaire friends in the extractivist sector, ignoring public health, welfare or even its survival. The “economic benefit” that is now supposed to be taken into account is based on fictitious projections of profit for President Trump’s billionaire cronies — not on any assessed benefit for the public as a whole or even for “the business sector” as a whole.
