Spain suffers from record drought crisis

Emergency drought measures have been imposed in parts of Spain, as it experiences its most extreme dry spell since the early 1990s.

Reservoir levels are so low that a town that had been under water for decades has re-emerged.

Al Jazeera’s Monica Villamizar reports from the Guadalteba region in southern Spain.
