Administration documents reveal the President wants to sell-off half of the US’s emergency oil stockpile. The President’s budget proposes opening up the Alaskan National Wildlife Refuge to drilling to help balance the budget. But is the cost-benefit positive in the long run? Conservation biologist Dr. Reese Halter joins ‘News With Ed’ to talk about the potential threats he sees under the proposal.
