As part of the Boston Futures series, experts from the environment and sustainability space gathered to discuss the future of Boston’s sustainable coastal development, specifically how it relates to Boston 2024’s proposed redevelopment of key coastal locations using sustainable practices. The discussion sparked interesting debate about how these efforts can create innovative mitigation, adaptation and management strategies, as well as a conversation about the challenges and opportunities of building a better environment for Boston in 2024 and beyond.
