A CONVERSATION WITH GINA MCCARTHY PART 4: DENIAL

A CONVERSATION WITH GINA MCCARTHY: PART 1

With Donald J. Trump’s full-on assault on the EPA now underway, we travelled to Harvard Kennedy School recently to interview Former Administrator Gina McCarthy, who served until this January as President Obama’s EPA chief. Under her stewardship, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency did more to protect us from the threat of climate change than it had under any previous Administration.

With President Donald J. Trump and his U.S. EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt putting much of Barack Obama and McCarthy’s climate legacies in jeopardy, we wanted to hear her thoughts. We hope you do too.

We’ll be rolling out new videos from our interview with Former Administrator Gina McCarthy all week. Make sure to stay tuned!

In part 2 of our 10 part series, we ask Former Administrator Gina McCarthy what everyday people can do to effect change in the face of these overwhelming odds.

She would know, she’s done it. She’s done it at the local, state and federal levels. She’s done it with Democrats and Republicans both.
She’s got a message for everyone, don’t lose hope, you can do it too.
