Australia’s indigenous oppose nuclear waste storage

Battle lines are being drawn over a plan by Australia’s government to store nuclear waste at a remote site.

The organisation responsible for the waste insists it is safe but the local indigenous community is worried the project could poison its sacred lands.

Al Jazeera’s Andrew Thomas reports from Hawker in South Australia.
