David Mann was among the first American troops to be deployed in Iraq. Upon arrival, David and his fellow troops found themselves being replaced by under trained, over payed, KBR contractors. A draft agreement was released over the weekend, which left all of the critical disputes unresolved. Also, Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders outlined his own climate plan, which aims to cut U.S. carbon pollution 40 percent from 1990 levels by 2030.

Sunday night, Canada surprised a world of nations and negotiators in closed-door climate talks in Paris by endorsing a bolder, more ambitious target for cutting greenhouse gases than the UN climate change summit is officially aiming for.
