EU to fund countries most heavily burdened by migrants

The European Union has signed off 2.4 billion euro to help countries like Italy and Greece deal with an influx of migrants. The aid will be disbursed over a 6 year period across EU member states who are most heavily affected. From Brussels, Jack Parrock reports.
