The debate will focus on solar geoengineering – proposed techniques to reflect a proportion of the sun’s radiation back into space to counteract some of the effects of climate change.
Professor Keith has recently published a book entitled “The Case for Climate Engineering”, while Professor Hulme will be publishing a book on climate engineering with a contrasting viewpoint, in April next year.
The event is being organised by the Oxford Geoengineering Programme, an initiative of the Oxford Martin School, at the University of Oxford.

HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) The late Carl Sagan said (which is related to this documentary): We’ve arranged a global civilization in which most crucial elements profoundly depend on science and technology. We’ve also arranged things so that almost no one understands science or technology. We might get away with it for a while, but sooner or later, this combustible mixture of ignorance and power is going to blow up in our faces. This documentary film poses the question: Are we making Holes in Heaven? HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a controversial high frequency radio transmitter, or “ionospheric heater,” which is believed to be descended from the works of Nikola Tesla and is operated by the U.S. Navy/Air Force and Phillip Laboratories in remote Gakona, Alaska.
Using HAARP, the military can focus a billion-watt pulsed radio beam into our upper atmosphere, ostensibly for ionospheric research. This procedure will form extremely low frequency waves and send them back to the Earth, enhancing communications with submarines and allowing us to “see” into the Earth, detecting anything from oil reserves to underground missile silos.
However, several researchers claim HAARP poses many dangers, including blowing thirty-mile holes in the Earth’s upper atmosphere. They also warn of possible disruption of the subtle magnetic energies of our Earth and ourselves. Narrated by Martin Sheen, the documentary, investigates HAARP, its history and implications, and examines the dangers and benefits of high and low frequencies and of electromagnetic technology.

In the spring of 2014, the power structure and mainstream media tried to convince an ever more concerned population that there was no climate modification going on and as proof they cited the claim that the HAARP facility was going to be “bulldozed”. Some of us never bought into the smoke and mirrors about HAARP being torn down, and as we now see, it is still standing. The climate engineering insanity continues to decimate our planet as the weather makers try desperately to hide the damage already done by further ramping up the very programs that caused much of the damage in the first place. The frantic attempt to cool down some of the most populated regions in the US is ongoing. Jet stream manipulation and toxic chemical ice nucleation are the two primary tools being used to create the temporary surface cold zones in a rapidly warming world. The mainstream media then sensationalizes the engineered winter storms in their attempt to further confuse and divide populations in regard to the true state of the climate. This buys time for those in power as they prepare for total collapse. The single greatest blow we could strike against those in power is to expose the climate engineering crimes, this would galvanize and unite populations around the globe against the cabal of insanity that is running the planet. Make your voice heard, pass on credible information about climate engineering on to others, every day counts in this battle.
One of the worlds pioneering Geoengineers talks about his plans to play God with our planet by spraying the atmosphere with harmful materials in order to reflect sunlight back out to space. He says these programmes are still only theoretical but according to the World Meteorological Organisation these programmes are already well underway.

Trees are the terrestrial lungs of the planet, and they are dying all over the globe. Government agencies and mainstream media are not reporting on the unfolding cataclysm of this die off. Though the changing climate is correctly associated with off the chart tree mortality, the even larger issue of global climate engineering is still being ignored and denied by the scientific community and media. If the forests die, we will soon enough be next to go. The 10 minute video below should be very sobering to all. Our biosphere is dying. The human race must completely change direction starting with the total cessation of climate engineering. All are needed in the fight to expose and stop the geoengineering insanity, the spraying must be halted if we are to have any chance of salvaging a living planet.

A Key Moment to Think About the Future of the IPCC
Now is an important moment to think carefully about the path ahead for this much-maligned and much-celebrated organization, because in early October of this year, the 195 member countries of the IPCC (who together constitute this “intergovernmental panel”) will meet in plenary in Dubrovnik, Croatia, to elect a new Chair, who will lead the IPCC’s Sixth Assessment Report (AR6). There are some excellent candidates for the chairmanship. I hope they see (and read) today’s essay.
As I’ve said before, the IPCC is at a crossroads. Despite its many accomplishments, this institution, like many large institutions, has experienced severe growing pains. Its size has increased to the point that it has become cumbersome, it sometimes fails to address the most important issues, and – most striking of all – it is now at risk of losing the participation of the world’s best scientists, due to the massive burdens that participation entails.
What is TEDX? TEDX (The Endocrine Disruption Exchange, Inc.) is the only organization that focuses primarily on the human health and environmental problems caused by low-dose and/or ambient exposure to chemicals that interfere with development and function, called endocrine disruptors. Since antiquity, humans have known that some chemical substances in the environment can cause adverse health effects. For example, the Romans knew that sentencing prisoners to work in lead mines was a death sentence due to the toxicity of elemental lead.
We have learned over time that many chemical substances can cause a range of adverse health problems, including death, cancer, birth defects, and delays in development of cognitive functions. For instance, it is well established that asbestos can cause a fatal form of lung cancer, thalidomide can cause limb deformities, and breathing high concentrations of some industrial solvents can cause irreversible brain damage and death. Only relatively recently have we learned that a large number of chemicals can penetrate the womb and alter the construction and programming of a child before it is born. Through trans-generational exposure, endocrine disruptors cause adverse developmental and reproductive disorders at extremely low amounts in the womb, and often within the range of human exposure.
