“If we want to limit temperature increase to two degrees Celsius by the end of the century, then by 2015 you need a 40% to 70% reduction in emissions over the 2010 baseline,” said Dr. Rajendra Pachauri, IPCC Chair. Pachauri discusses what the world needs to do in order to mitigate climate change. “Among all the technologies and all the policy options that are going to thing this about, another important issue is going to be changes in lifestyles and behavior.”
