IIED senior fellow and ICCCAD director Saleemul Huq reports on the 13th day of the UNFCCC climate talks in Lima, Peru from 1-12 December 2014 – that were only supposed to last 12 days!

It’s frustrated Huq who supplies his latest vlog, dismayed by a lack of progress with the negotiations, despite late efforts to find agreement. He discusses the efforts to find a deal, what’s missing from the draft text and how hopeful he is of getting the agreement the world needs.

See more about the event at www.iied.org/COP20 and www.DCdays.org, and on Twitter via #COP20.
