The Pentagon will spend $7.5 billion to make fixes to America’s nuclear arsenal, according to an announcement from Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel. Recent reviews have found systemic issues with the technical, inspection and personnel systems, raising concerns over just how the safe the vast arsenal is. Robert Levinson, senior defense analyst for Bloomberg Government, discusses with RT’s Ben Swann.
